Top 10 Ways to Stay Hydrated
(in no particular order)

 1. Drink before you feel thirsty. Thirst is often a sign that your body sends to indicate that you are approaching dehydration. Instead of drinking to quench your thirst, continuously replenish fluids when you don’t feel thirst at all.

2. Go with water instead of sugary beverages. Beverages that contain sugar carry excess calories that are damaging to your health.

3. Keep a water bottle with you. Even if you aren’t doing any vigorous activities outdoors, a water bottle on hand will help you drink water on a regular basis prior to being thirsty.

4. Use natural flavoring in your water. If water is hard to drink because it is flavorless, try adding a slice of fruit to your water, such as lemons, strawberries, or cucumbers.

5. Drink sparkling water. If you enjoy soda because of the carbonation, try drinking sparkling water instead as an alternate.
